Wow... just WOW!  That was such an amazing time. I completely forgot about the drive up to Fresno! For those of you who don’t look at my calendar at all, I just did a gig for JAZZ Fresno, the local radio station up here. No I was not the guest artist, I drove all the way up to accompany Rebecca Kilgore, and let me tell you, I’d do it again!

She is so professional, and sweet, and on top of it all, she is one of the most amazingly creative jazz singers you’ll ever hear. I’ve worked with her before quite a few years ago, and she always had this gift for finding such cool little songs that I’ve never heard before. She also has an incredible knack for finding the verses for songs that I’ve been playing for years. I really hope I get to play with her again...

Well... off to the Reception!! Dave’s wife, Lori, is putting out the spread, which means it’s going to be fantastic! Later Y’all!
